  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Spamassassin on email forwarders

Hello,
I notice that there are no SpamAssassin headers for messages that are forwarded from an email forwarder on one domain to a mailbox on another domain. There seems to be no spam-checking going on at all for forwarded emails. How do I get around this?

I need an answer to this too. My spam filters are not working nearly to what I would expect.

Make usre that MailBox is checked for this email account, without Mailbox SA cannot check emails.

Can you tell me what this means? It sounds like good advice but checked where?

Mailbox is present

I am also facing the same issue. Mailbox for the final email id where the catch-all is delivering the email is existing. Obviously the initial mailbox will not exist, that is the reason why the mail is catch-all.

But I am also facing this issue on non-catch-all mails as well. Looking at the plesk logs, it simply says mail skipped. No reasons are provided. I have checked the whitelists and they are empty. I have checked the spam settings and the setting for ignoring mails based on mail size is set to unlimited (-1).

Any help or clues would be appreciated.

Gentlemen,

Could you answer some little question?

1. What's mail server?
2. If MailEnable then is whether the Allow personal settings option enabled on page Server > Mail > Spam Filtering?
3. If the option is enabled then is whether the Spam Filter option is enabled on the forwarding mailbox?
4. The forwarded mailbox is a local or remote?
