I am trying to help him out..
here is part of the header.

No, hits=1.5 required=4.0 tests=BLANK_LINES_80_90 autolearn=no version=2.63

My question is... when it says hits=1.5
what is it looking at to determine this calculation?

What is:

What is:
autolearn=no
