Spamassassin Ruleset

I am try to reduce the amount of junk email sent to our clients.

We have installed Mod_Security and Spamassassin on all servers. However we have a lot of emails that have adult materal.

Would I be correct in saying that new rulesets are added into etc/mail/spamassassin?
If so, where can I get rulesets that work with Plesk 7.5 version of Spamassassin.
