• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi. I'm trying to enable per-user settings of spamassassin. Here is what I have:

Code:
# more /etc/sysconfig/spamassassin
# Options to spamd
SPAMDOPTIONS="--create-prefs --daemonize --helper-home-dir=/var/qmail --max-children=5  --razor-home-dir='/var/lib/razor/' --razor-log-file='sys-syslog' --username=popuser --user-config --virtual-config-dir=/var/qmail/mailnames/%d/%l/.spamassassin"

However I often see:
spamd: handle_user (userdir) unable to find user: '[email protected]'

I check the disk, and the
-rw------- 1 popuser popuser 193 May 26 2023 user_prefs
file exists at the /var/qmail/mailnames/somedomain.com/info/.spamassassin directory.. and the file is older than today, i.e. it was not just created after this warning message.

I even check the file as popuser, and popuser HAS access to that file no problems.

What am I doing wrong :)
Thanks, -t
