Issue Speed kit not work

Sorry for my bad English!
I installed the speed kit extensions, activated the key to it.
You cannot activate the speed kit just by writing: Performance analysis failed, red point Speed Kit is not active.
There is no error message in log files, firewall turned off.
What is the solution?
