You need to ADD the following line to
/usr/share/psa-horde/imp/config/conf.php
$conf['utils']['spellchecker'] = 'aspell';
You need to ADD the following line to

I tried this and it still didn't prompt for spell checking. Not sure whats different in Plesk 7.5.4
