SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused

New Pleskian
Hi,

I have a database backup in /var/lib/mysql on the "Server Backup Manager SE' from a previous installation of linux Centos, Plesk 12 which im trying to reinstall.

The problem is the database backup is missing some .MYD & .MYI so in some case only has the .frm file so when i click on the .frm table it says:

'#1146 - Table 'table_1' doesn't exist'

I have searched the net and its said that if i reload the back of ib_logfile0, ib_logfile1, ibdata1 the database will work again.

The problem is when I restore the previous installation of the ibdata1 file i can no longer open the plesk panel and get a 'SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused' error.
