SSH crapped out, 16 out of 20 sites stopped responding

Up until 36 hour ago everything was working when suddenly I was unable to connect to the server via SSH and 16 of the 20 sites hosted on that server stopped responding.
SSH appears to simply time out (error code 10060... did not respond after a period of time...) and so do the sites that don't work (operation timed out when attempting to contact ). To add to this dilemma, tech su... able do squat without it :( ?? Thanks.

Issue resolved by moving.
