Resolved SSH Key Manager - Plesk 18.x.x - Add Key Managment

Since the new way of showing the Domain i seem to of misplaced how to add the SSH Key to a Domain / User .
I have the extension added in the extensions it says goto the Subscription , i have enabled the SSH
yet where in the world do you add the Users / and Keys

Fixed - the Side menu since update had vanished and there was a tiny unknown little icon that opened the side bar again ... but on the top menu bar and not to the side very confusing

For anyone else looking for the mysterious icon, it's top right and used to expand/collapse the right hand panel.
