    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

Anyone know how I can install this? For some reason Plesk didn't install it and it says Service not available.

If anyone can help that would be great!

Well it wasn't installed in IIS LOL

So I went into add/remove programs!
