SSL Certificate from repository

Does anyone know how to reinstall a certificate from the repository. I had it set up but for some unknown reason I deleted the domain and remade it and the certificate was lost. I am now trying to re add the certificate to the domain and it is in the repository but can not find how to re add the certificate. some foolish mistakes dog a guy for days and I just can't figure out how and I can't seem to do it through ssh mostly because i don't know how.
Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions
