  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

SSL certificate problems - Help!

I am having a problem installing a SSL certificate through a user account on Plesk Reloaded 7.5.x.

I have tried to the Self issued option inside of Plesk and the certificate is successfully issued, but when I go to https://userdomain.com it does not work properly.
I look at the certificate information and see that it is still the Plesk default certificate that is being used, not the one that I issued.

Could someone please explain how to install a certificate from the user interface in Plesk?

Thank you!

You know a website has to have a dedicated ip address when using a SSL cert.?

Yes I do :)

I have solved the problem!

My own fault...

I forgot to assign the certificate to the IP address at the IP pool.

:)
