SSL Certificate Setup

I'm trying to change the certificate that the control panel uses, and according to the instructions all I need to do is select the certificate I want and click setup on the server certificate screen.

However, when I do this, all that happens is the browser sits at the message:

"...SSL certificate is currently being reloaded, please wait..."

Anyone tried this? Anyone got it to work?
