• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

SSL directory question

Hello all,

I have migrated (manually) from Confixx 3.x.x to Plesk 7.5.2 and I have a question:

Under Confixx 3 I used a verified SSL Cerificate for special user sections in a shop system.

I had stored the SSL files in the same directory like the NONSSL files and in Confixx I could set an option to realise this.

In Plesk I have seen, that there are two different directories, one for SSL and one for NONSSL.

Is there a chance to configure Plesk in the same way like Confixx, that I can store all files in the same directory ??

And can I disable the SSL section on domains where SSL is disabled and no SSL is needed ?? There cames the "under construction" page, if someone calls the domain with https.

Thank you very much, your link was very good and the solution works great !!

Sorry, I am not a guru and so in a lot of cases, it is not easy to find the correct search keys ....

I know! That's exactly why it's important to not start a lot of threads about the same subject over and over again, as it truely clutters the searches more and more - leaving it more easy to just write the question again...

But - in your case - a simple search on to known words in your question: httpdocs and httpsdocs would give you more than a couple of threads with the solution - actually with the link I posted as one of the first (with a good subject telling what it's all about) :)
