SSL for plesk admin

Ok I bought a new cert for my server, and it works great on https://my.domain.com, but will not work yet on https://my.domain.com:8443 for the plesk control panel.

anyone know how to get this to work? I did this before...just forgetting how to do it.

I had this problem when i was using a Comodo certificate.

At the bottom of Plesk/admin/conf/httpd.conf add the line:
SSLCACertificateFile conf/ca.txt

Then create the ca.txt file in the conf directory, and paste your CA certificate in there. Restart the Plesk control panel.

In the case of Comodo you need to include both the ComodoSecurityServicesCA and GTECyberTrustRootCA certificates in the ca.txt file.

I had 6 emails between 3 different plesk support asking them for the solution, i think it should have taken only 1 email for them to give me those instructions. I think they need to find better people.
