• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

ssl in plesk

I've installed my ssl certificate for a domain in plesk, yet when I go to the domain in a browser I get a certificate error that it cannot be verified up to a trusted CA. I've installed all parts including the root chain and had this certificate working on the server that previously hosted my domain. Any ideas on what the problem is?

Have you assigned the right SSL certificate to the ip address of this domain?

Check <SERVER><IP Addresses> then click on the ip itself. It must be exclusive and assigned here.

Thanks for the help...I figured it out. I just needed to close all instances of IE and Firefox and reopen them.
