Question SSL issue with plesk 11.5

HI and thanks for your reply. It has been two days with no sleep, that i'm tring to install a ssl with plesk 11.5.
Everything has been follow, CSR and private key generated with plesk, certificate and CA_certificate enterred correctly, I assigned my new ssl to my domain. Any time i'm trying to acces my site at https:// it shows the default unsigned plesk certificate.. please help how to use my new certificate instead of plesk certificate

- I dediated Ip with no solution
- I stop and start Apache no solution
