Resolved SSL_accept error > TLS library problem

Hi all,

I try to send an email with an application via the smtp on the same server, but always get the following error message

The problem only occurs since I migrated the domain to another server via plesk. The normal e-mail sending via webmail and outlook works fine.

This error message someone says something?
