  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

SSO Relay still going to localhost.localdomain after hostname change

So I've researched this problem extensively on these forums and on Google, but I have not been able to solve this problem.

To give you a short run down of what I've done.

- I made sure to change my hostname to my FQDN.
- Changed all three entries in the psa.misc table to read https://mydomain.com + their ports
- I have correctly configured my SSO server to use https://mydomain.com instead of localhost.localdomain.

However, when I go to Plesk Billing, which requires the SSO Relay, it still sends me to https://localhost.localdomain:11444/relay. From what I can gather, either this web URL is being cached somewhere in Plesk/PHP OR I am missing a configuration point that I have not yet been able to find on the internet or these forums.

Does anyone know what I'm missing to make this work? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Bump. Does anyone have a different solution to my problem?

similar issue

Ive had this similar issue. I ended up having to reinstall my os, and plesk panel, and plesk billing. I probably didnt have to, but when you first set everything up it sets the original host name you set in several places and when you change it, you have to find every spot where the old host name is recorded and change it there too. Basically its easier just to backup all your files and databases and start from scratch. Hope this helps.
