Statistics calculation

The Statistics calculation don't update, the're stopped at 29th of november....

Can someone help me ?

Which Plesk version?
There was a problem in Plesk 8.1.1. You need to install the latest update for Plesk 8.1.1 or get it updated to 8.2.0.

I also have problems with the statistics crashing every month. I can see the trend when the time goes from 20 minutes to update to 4 hrs. Most of the time if I clean the log files it works again and takes only 20 minutes, but now it will not work it takes for ever and uses the resources. I now have to stop the process. The email then sends the following email. Can anyone help this is really frustrating.

I have the same issue since dec. 16th. Plesk is version 8.2.
Statistics run and i get the domainexpiration emails. Although the webstatistics are not updated.

I noticed on december 16th dat one (PHPNuke)domain had a problem with Mysql connections and i killed all these connections. Than i restarted Statistics.exe without any result.

Since than I only get the domain e-mails but statistics of all domains are not updated.

I have tried the solutions above without any result.
