• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

I have a client on one of our Windows PLESK servers, he has only one mailbox on the domain. The mailbox is completely empty, it has no emails in yet PLESK is reporting that his mailbox is using up 225MB of disk space? Can anyone help me understand what is going on here?

Try looking at the 'stats' folder for the site.
If you have O/S access then right click on his site to see how much disk space he is really using then do the same for each folder until you find the data.

The problem is that it is not webfiles or the website that is using the disk space it is a mailbox, but there are no files in this mailbox at all?

have you right clicked on the mail folder to see how much disk space that folder and contents are using as there may be some hidden files. Also maybe the FAT is corrupt and maybe worth doing a read only chdsk 'c:\chkdsk" to see if there any problems.
