Statistics not believable for volume

We noticed that the statistics are not believable or worng. The total volume is mostly correct as far as we checked but for a single service it's totally different.

I attached 2 screens of one account.
The mailbox have around 550 MB ... this value is true.
But if you go to "Statistics" you see less then 100 KB for mails and the volume of the services is not equal to the total value.

I couldn't find any information about this problem ... Have you an idea why this happened?

Statistics errors

I am also having as problem with the statistics.

When i go to look at statistics by customer i get a red indicator bar and a large number followed by a percent%

2.426175E+29%

this is happening for all my customers.

What is causing this ?

This is really annoying and a help (from parallels) would be nice ... is it a Bug or configuration problem?

We found a solution, the issue based on the import from Confixx. Due to the import there are entries for domains with "www." wich are not found so there is an error and the statistics calculation stopped.
