Statistics not working on some sites

Hi,

I am running psa v8.1.1_build20070326.13 os_Windows 5.2.3790.0.

Until earlier this month, awstats was running perfectly on all domains on the server. But then, it stopped working on some domains but still works on other.

I have done nothing on those domains, no configurations at all.

Does anyone have a clue what might have caused this?

I suggest you to visit SwSoft knowledge base section related to statistics:

Also it would be better to upgrade Plesk to 8.2 version because since this version statistics utility was improved significantly.

I´ve upgradet to 8.2 already, but no changes. The statistics still work on some sites and not on others :-(

Look to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\PLESK\PSA Config\Config\Statistics\DomainIds\{domain id of not calculated site}\OfflineLockStatus value and look to task manager if you can see any process with PID equal to OfflineLockStatus please restart such process.

I recommend you to upgrade Plesk up to 8.2 because of http://kb.swsoft.com/en/1842.
