statistics on the use of resources are not working

Hello,

I have a control panel server running 10.3.1.
but does the statistics on the use of resources are not.

Now the clients can not see how much disk space they used.

Does anyone know how I can solve?

What do you mean exactly? When customer login to his Control Panel he can see statistics on corresponding tab.

so under the statistics tab shows it consumes from 0

the consumption of the traffic 0
and consumption of disk space 0

while about 100 mb in the Account.
