Strange email notifications from plesk

I keep getting these emails every day and I can't find any reason for it. I have one account that uses site builder. The account does have the add on subscription assigned to it. It has only created one site with site builder. So what is this recurring message all about?

The 'John Doe' account is approaching or already exceeded the limits:

Sites published with Presence Builder: 01 used / 0

This is for presence builder. It doesn't have those options. I couldn't find anything having to do with notifications or limits for presence builder. The article you quoted only works for things like disk space, traffic and so on. Not presence builder

But have you tried to uncheck option "Notify me by email in cases of overuse."?

You can turn off the notifications of overuse. Or you can disable all the notifications from panel.
