strange error:

When a domain user clicks on protected directories, there are 4 entires (FTP usernames of 4 domains of another client )

When we click or try to delete, this is the error that is coming up:


0: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\htdocs\domains\prtdir_usr_edit.php3:19 psaerror(string "Protected Directory ID is undefined.")

Did someone also face the same error ? What could be the issue ?

this happened because the .htacess file was not properly created or removed from the domain in the IIS. trey deleting the protected directory from the psa database . If issue persists... Download IIS password from http://www.troxo.com/products/iispassword/ and set it up manually from the IIS after placing a request to the tech support
