Issue Strange Folders Appeared Suddenly

I have attached image of the strange directories, any advises to clean up without harming the server ? and also fixing this issue without future problems ?

The change happened recently is only Reverting the Hot link protection security in wordpress toolkit
The server is created 1 week ago, it is clean.
only the domain I made the Hotlink protection revert has this problem

Management of access to the server over SSH is not allowed

Seems like you have enabled SSH access to this superscription at least once.

Thank you, I did once, but now It is disabled, will it be safe to delete them now ?
