Strange issue with plesk

for any php command I am getting below error :

I m using phpsheild and and SourceGuardian. my php.ini settings for this is as below :

If I try to comment ixed and phpsheild still error comes.

Please assist.

I think there is an issues with your " SourceGuardian " modules, You will have to re-install it on your server
