Yesterday I received a couple of telephone calls from clients who tried to change their mail passwords but it did not work. No error found but when you tried to access to the mailbox they received "password incorrect" error. I tested it (webmail and Outlook)and it was a server wide issue, If you created a mailbox the mailbox was created fine but it you tried to access you had "password incorrect" error. But no problem with the mailboxes created in the past. Only with the new ones and and the ones you tried to change passwords.
I restarted mysql, then changed the password again and it worked fine again. Today same problem (same client called), same solution. But I am worried about the issue. Anybody have any clue of what is causing this issue?
