pls. try to fix your Plesk installation with the commands:

plesk repair installation -y -v

plesk installer --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base

plesk installer --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --upgrade-installed-components

... and if you experience further issues/errors/problems, pls. don't forget to post as well your "panel.log" and other depending logs ( repair.log / installation.log ) from "/var/log/plesk", which might show possible issues/errors/problems for further investigations.​
