Subdomain don't work with www.

Hello, i have problems creating subdomains.

If i create a subdomain, it works only like subdomain.domain.com but not www.subdomain.domain.com.

I have create a vhost.conf in the subdomain conf directory with "ServerAlias www.subdomain.domain.com in it but this don't work also.

Anyone can help me please ?

edit the domain's DNS records. Add an "A" record
ex:
www.subdomain.domain.tld A xx.xx.xx.xx
