Subdomain problem

I created a subdomain ( test.domain.com ) using Plesk. when i click to access the subdomain via browser, "the page cannot be displayed" is prompted.

does it have to do that I am using a different name server? In that name server the DNS settings are correct, i can view the domain.com

When creating the subdomain shouldn't it point to:
/home/httpd/vhosts/domain.com/subdomains/test/httpdocs ?
