Subdomain problem

Hi all, i have created a subdomain web.mydomain.com
but looks like there is a dns problem since don't show up and from my machine i can't resolve the ip. Plesk created the A name in dns configuration, i restarted bind and apache but the problem persist.

Any suggestion?

Probably you should wait for the DNS propagation.
It could take up to 24 hours.
