submission forms not showing up.

Where all my submission forms should be I get this error.

Internal Sitebuilder error.

Message: PHP Notice : Undefined index: code; Code: 8

How can I fix this? I use the software through my hosting company hostgator.com and they dont know what the error stands for.

Script Modules

I am haveing the same problems.
You need to restore your site to get everything back up.
Than you will not be able to edit or republish your site until this is fixed by Parallels / host Gator.

I figured it out with the help of admin from hostgator.

All you got to it, is take the submission forms off, and put them back on and viola everything will work again.
