Submit button of the GUESTBOOK module does nothing and no feedback is recorded

I know its been quite a long time since this thread was discussed but I'm currently having this same problem: The submit button of the GUESTBOOK module does nothing and no feedback typed is recorded.

Does anyone know how to fix it? I'm using cPanel of Sitebuilder 4.5.
