Subscription backup failed

Dear all.
We're using Plesk 12.0.18. And now, when we try to backup a subscription, it show errors:

Cannot get embedded info for Subscription 'ducthangjsc.com'[Error in execute 'backup_restore_helper' ' --backup-subscription xxx.com':
'"D:\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\php.exe"' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
]
Warning: server "server"
Cannot backup domain 'xxx.com'[Error in execute 'backup_restore_helper' ' --get-extension-package':
'"D:\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\php.exe"' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
]

Anybody seen this error before? How can I resolved it?

Make sure that file D:\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\php.exe is not corrupted. Try to run it in command line at least and check output.
