• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Subscription synchronization doesn't stop

New Pleskian
Hi

I just changed some PHP Settings for one of my Subscriptions and saved it to sync it with all my customers.

But the sync process doesn't stop?? What should I do? Sync runs for alsmost 2 hours. I even tried to reboot the server and no change...

How to fix this issue??

Hi zepelin57,

IgorG suggested the above KB - link, because a screenshot doesn't really investigate your issue/problem, that's why he pointed out, that log - file - investigations should be done and if you experience problems, pls. post relevant log - file - entries, so that people willing to help you, can assist you.

Sometimes, it is as well a good idea to change the log - level, to get more informations in psa - log - files:

I discovered Plesk and I do not know yet all functions.

I bypassed the problem by creating new pack and transferring accounts. Then I deleted the defective packs.

But I'm not sure that the problem will not be repeated next time.

Thanks for your advices.
