Subscription Usernames

Hi Guys,

Quick one for you,

I am currently unable to change the username for a subscription.

When attempting to do this I receive the below error:

The specified username is already used by another system user. Please specify another username.

The error itself is self explanatory however there is no other subscription with the username I am trying to use. Appreciate I could use an alternative username, I am however interested to find out why the error is occuring in the first place....any ideas?

You can check sys_users table in psa database for identical username.
