  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Subscriptions and locked synchronization since 10.4.4

Regular Pleskian
I use Debian lenny 5 x64. Yesterday I upgraded to Plesk 10.4.4 MU7.

(Note: I use the German language package and I translated the texts from Plesk, so they may not be accurate).

In the list of subscriptions I see all my domains. Most of them say "Subscription status is OK: the subscription is active and synchronized with the package". Behind the domain names there is the text "(user defined/custom)".

But one domain says "This subscription was locked for synchronization. It will not be synchronized with the service packacke because subscription parameters were changed." and there is "(Unlimited)" behind the domain name.

What can I do to fix this?

This domain name is the latest one. While all others were created more than a year ago, this one is only a few month old.

Thanks, but this did not help.

I think the problem is that this domain is associated with the service plan "Unlimited" while all the other domains have the service plan "Custom" (which doesn't exist).

Is it possible to change this domain also to "Custom"?

Edit: I found the solution. I set the service package to "None".
