Subscriptions do not work after server restart

I do not know at what update, but happens to me the following:

When I restart my server via Paralles Power Panel, some subscriptions stop working, does not operate the web or mail. I do not know if they are the same subscriptions or whenever a. Apparently they are active and I have noticed that I just suspend and reactivate any subscription to get everything back working again properly.

Is it a problem with my Parallels Power Panel or a possible bug?
