Issue Subscriptions is not auto expiry at Plesk Obsidian

Hi Plesk;
I was using plesk old version. I updated my Plesk to Plesk Obsidian at a few days ago. But i notice my subscriptions aren't expiring at renewal date. And then i tried many subscriptions. The result is the same. My auto expiry system is not working. Please help me.
