Suggestion: Do not turn on php safe mode defautly without notifying customer

I upgraded to plesk 8.2 yesterday and because of this php safe mode was turned on without my knowledge.
Because of this one of our major sites stopped functioning correctly and we lost around 24hrs worth of revenue.

So my suggestion is that if you are going to change something that could affect functionality of your customer’s sites then you could notify them.

I would also recommend coding your sites to work in safe mode
