How about some support? How about an update as to when we will see some fixes for this steaming pile of dung you released as version 9?

If you provide at least a few details, the Plesk guys may respond. Otherwise I'm sure they wouldn't bother.
 
I would not hold my breath for them to respond. Go read the troubleshooting section. It is full of details. Mine and others alike.
