Suggestions for Migrating from Cpanel

Hi, recently my cpanel server was hacked and the jerk crashed the kernel. I've decided to move my customers to PLESK 8. The thing is, my ISP will only keep my crashed drive mounted to my PLESK server for another 48 hours. I can access my cpanel directories with my clients and my backup files; but I don't know how to use them to migrate to plesk. Is it even possible?

HELP!
