I don't know if they are included in Plesk, but a couple of suggestions I like from DirectAdmin:

Reseller features:
- creating my own nameservers
- easily manage user backups; as reseller I can make backups of all clients together or a selection easily without going in to their account.

Client features:
- free selection what I want to have in a backup and what not.

Please correct me if these things are included in Plesk.

In my understanding are these features supported for Administrators, but if I am a reseller I can't go to 'Start' or something because I can't login to a server.

You are right. Thank you for the suggestion. This feature is scheduled for the future versions.

I believe this is the same as DNS Template but for Client. This feature is scheduled for the future versions too.
