Suse 10.1 plesk 8.3 and ftp username

Hi,

I have a problem with plesk 8.3. If I create a domain the system tell me that I have a wrong username for ftp. The user name is correct. I use the german version of this product.

What can I do. I need different domains. My first domain I had created with Plesk 8.1.
