• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Any word on when SuSE 9.2 Pro will be supported by Plesk? Has anybody done this?

I just purchased the upgrade to 9.2 and I'm going to try it out on a test server. As soon as it arrives and I have time to install it I'll let everyone know how it goes. Hopefully someone else may have tried this already?

Was that the pro version? and are you going to use the 9.1 autoinstaller?

-TED

Yes - it's the Pro version. I can tell you from experience that the autoinstaller and autoupdater in Plesk will not work without some customization because it will be looking for "9.1" - I'll be doing a manual RPM install.

9.1 and 9.2 are about the same right? Just some Graphical stuff, right?
So SW-Soft should have no problem creating an auto installer for it. Do you think that they would even listen to this request?
