suspend domain but ftp user still be logined

When the domain suspended (Switch Off), i saw the user has locked from /etc/shadow. (ex: ftpuser:!$xxxx)

Why the user still logins to the ftp service with plesk version 8.6, 8.4,.8.3.

Anybody has any idea.

As far as I know Plesk does not remove FTP user when domain gets switched off and user still can have access to its files but no services will work for that domain: no web service, mail, DNS, etc.
