Well this is embarrassing. I don't have a clue to solve the following after upgrading to Plesk 9.5.2.
Accessing Plesk Panel produces the following Browser Error:

500 - Internal Server Error

and the /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log shows:

2010-06-22 16:43:12: (mod_fastcgi.c.1015) terminated by signal: 11
2010-06-22 16:43:12: (mod_fastcgi.c.1020) to be exact: it seg-fault, crashed, died, ... y
ou get the idea.
2010-06-22 16:43:12: (mod_fastcgi.c.1022) If this is PHP try to remove the byte-code cach
es for now and try again.

NOTE: I am able to successfully run the following from the command line:
/usr/bin/sw-engine-cgi -c /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini -d auto_prepend_file=auth.php3 -u psaadm

Any help would be appreciated...

Thank you. I have forwarded it to developers for the further investigation. I will update thread with any useful information as soon as I receive it.

I have found the solution. The sw-cp-server package install was for RHEL5.
As I am running centos 5.5, I needed the package for Centos 5. Don't know how the incorrect one got installed.
Maybe I accidentally installed per the related link (however it should have thrown an error):
