It was not tested but I think that it should work fine for Plesk 11.

Just a FYI, Step B "switch_all_subscriptions_to_dedicated_pool"...
This script has a syntax error on line 8 (states "and and").

change the code from this:

mysql -uadmin -p%p% -P8306 psa -Ne"select d.name,d.id from domains d, dom_param dp where dp.dom_id=d.id and and dp.param='iis_app_pool' and dp.val='false'" > "c:\dom_params.sql"

to this, to make it work:

mysql -uadmin -p%p% -P8306 psa -Ne"select d.name,d.id from domains d, dom_param dp where dp.dom_id=d.id and dp.param='iis_app_pool' and dp.val='false'" > "c:\dom_params.sql"

(Note: This does appear to work with Plesk 11)
